Email Policies
To participate in the Ojos Project, we must have an email associated with you.
Approved Domains
Your email must come from one of the approved domains:

Don't see you domain? Let Carlos know. It just means we haven't had people
with that domain before. Remember, it has to be from an educational
or professional institution. Often, that means it must end with .edu.
Our Usage
The email you provide to us will be used to give you access to Ojos Project material, invite you to calendar events, and requesting your avatar. We will primarily be using the email you provide to us, specifically the one available on our website.
Historically, we've used emails for the following purposes:
- Request your avatar from Gravatar
- Provide access to our Slack instance
- Provide access to the internal Google Drive
- Provide access to the Ojos Project GitHub organization
- Include them to our GitHub
.mailmaps (Learn more about our git policies) - Publish your email on our website for people to contact you
- Google Calendar invites (Typically for meetings)
